We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Failure Analysis Engineer based in Apodaca Plant, Apodaca, NL. (E-Systems Division).

 

As Failure Analysis Engineer you will be responsible for the warranty laboratory, managing plant resources to analyze part defects reported by customers. 

 

Your Tasks will be:

 

  • Monitoring the warranty laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration.
  • Analyzes FA data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure strict control of the RMAs inventory.
  • Monitoring and control of analyzed parts, as well as their traceability.
  • Supervise the activities of FA technicians, ensuring the quality and efficiency standards.
  • Provide training and continuous development to the FA team to improve their skills and technical knowledge 

 

To be successful in this role you will need:

 

  • Education: Industrial, Electric, Electronic Engineering or any related field. 
  • 2+ years of experience as Failure Analysis Engineer.
  • Knowledge in Electronics (Interpretation of Schematics and Layout, Knowledge in the use of Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Voltage Sources)
  • Intermediate English level.
