We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as IT Manager, based in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon, México (E-Systems Division).
As IT Manager Maintenance Manager will have the opportunity to deliver value for all business areas, especially operations, in the form of IT services and solutions that are aligned to the business needs, priorities and strategy, while adhering to the IT strategic road map, best practices, security standards, IT governance and a continuous improvement mindset.
Your Task will be
- Adhere to IT budget commitments.
- Deliver optimal IT Support Services and Solutions.
- Effective IT Infrastructure management, maintenance, and growth.
- Full ITPM/SOX Compliance.
- IT-Business relation at Plant level.
- Enroll in company offered training for development of Project Management, time management, continuous improvement, etc., to enhance work performance and his/her own skill set.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Education: Computer Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience preferably in similar position (highly preferably coming from electronics industry)
- Knowledge: MES (Traceability systems / shop floor) Preferably ITAC System, ERP (QAD, SAP, etc.), IT Infrastructure (Server, Storage, Network, PC Clients), Microsoft SQL Server, LAN/WAN/WLAN troubleshooting and support, VMware/vSphere (management & administration), Windows system / technical support (Windows 10/11), Cisco Switches /VLAN’s, etc., IP addressing and subnetting, Routing, Etc.).
- Solid ability to diagnose server (W2016/2019), network, alerts, events, or issues.

- Manage / Ensure project plan for all initiatives (WBS, Gantt chart, risk management and proper escalation, communications, budget allocation and control, etc.)
- Proven experience supporting and communicating effectively with end users and internal customers, and STAFF plant
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual (Spanish-English).
