Job Description
Responsibilities
Responsibilities typically include:

Coordinate compliance with daily and weekly production schedules.

Ensure the availability of materials, tools, and personnel to meet established objectives.

Supervise shop floor personnel, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics to maintain proper material flow.
-
Monitor production KPIs such as efficiency, scrap, cycle time, and on-time delivery performance.

Identify deviations and implement immediate corrective actions.
-
Participate in process improvement initiatives such as SMED, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing.

Support the implementation of new working methods to optimize time and resources.

Communicate production goals, schedule changes, and operational priorities to the team.

Facilitate follow-up meetings with supervisors and operators.

Ensure operations comply with quality, environmental, and occupational safety policies.

Support internal and external audits (ISO, CTPAT, IATF 16949, etc.).

Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance departments to resolve issues affecting production.

Promote continuous training and development of personnel in quality and operational standards.
