We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Plant HR Generalist Labor Relations & Employee Services, based in Apodaca Plant (Apodaca, Nuevo León, México).
As a Plant HR Generalist for Labor Relations & Employee Services, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with the company’s policies and procedures. Your main objective will be to support talent management, foster a positive work environment, and ensure efficiency in HR processes lead the promote and maintain a positive work environment within the Organization.
Your Task will be
- Follow-up on the Salary Personnel Administration process.
- Management of employee benefits administration processes.
- Monitoring of HR Labor Audits, Compliance Guidelines, Safety, CTPAT, FOA, SOX, Labor Department requirements, and TS-16949/ISO-14001 standards.
- Promotion of the Leadership Model, Mission, Vision, Values, and Employee Engagement initiatives.
- Promotion and enforcement of the Code of Conduct, Internal Work Regulations, and corporate and internal policies for employees.
- Administration of the United Way program and Social Responsibility activities.
- Recruitment and hiring of operational and administrative positions.
- Administration of the compensation policy (performance evaluation, career path planning, succession planning).
- Coordination and approval of daily labor incident management (absences, tardiness, permissions) in partnership with the HR Supervisor.
- Validation of disciplinary actions for operational-level employees and escalation of critical cases to the HR Manager.
Be successful in this role you will need:
- Education: bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, human resources, business management or similar.
- At least 2 years of working experience as HR coordinator on the industry.
- Knowledge: Lear’s corporate program (TWW, LLM, etc.), labor laws, english intermediate.
- Effective management of work teams
- MS Office advance.
- Capacity of analysis, communication, and organizational skills.
- You should have great analytical skills, to be creative/ innovative, to have initiative, to be persistent and open to criticism and others' ideas.
