Job Title: Production Coordinator

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Production Coordinator based in Apodaca, Nuevo. Your mission will be coordinate and efficiently supervise production operations, ensuring compliance with the established schedule, optimal use of resources, continuous process improvement, and adherence to the organization’s quality, safety, and environmental policies.

Your tasks will be:

  • Coordinate the execution of the daily and weekly production schedule.
  • Ensure the availability of materials, tools, and personnel to meet established objectives.
  • Supervise floor operational staff, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to maintain an adequate flow of materials.
  • Monitor production KPIs such as efficiency, scrap, cycle time, and on‑time delivery performance.
  • Identify deviations and propose immediate corrective actions.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives such as SMED, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Support the implementation of new work methods that optimize time and resources.                       

To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or any related area.  
  • 5+ Years of experience in automotive industries (SMT Process)
  • Knowledge on IATF 16949 & ISO 9001.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office.  
  • Problem solving and excellent communications skills.
  • Proficient English level.
