Job Title: Quality Systems Coordinator  
Great opportunity to Coordinate a Quality team!Lear Corporation- Apodaca, Nuevo Leon – Apodaca Plant (Presential)

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Quality Systems Coordinator, based in Apodaca, Nuevo León.  

As Quality Systems Coordinator you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Quality Manager and Implement world-class quality systems at the automotive level.

 

Your Task will be:

•    Conduct quality system audits for compliance. 
•    Prepare audit results reports from the perspective of the plant staff and central quality. 
•    Request/demand corrective action plans for detected non-conformities. 

•    Redesign the quality system when a process is not effective or robust enough. 
•    Train, guide, and monitor the plant in IATF -16949 and VDA 6.3. 
•    Review and audit processes and procedures to ensure they comply with International Automotive Standards (CQI-17). 

•    Plan and guide internal and external audits of IATF -16949 and VDA 6.3. 
•    Internally publish the results of these audits.

 

To be successful in this role you will need: 

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or any related field.
•    5 years of experience or more in quality systems area, in the automotive industry.
•    English proficient.

•    Knowledge in VDA 6.3, IATF16949, IPC 610, CQI-17.
