We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as SMT Manufacturing Manager, based in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon (E-Systems Division).

Responsibilities

A SMT Manager manages experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments.

Responsibilities typically include:

• Key communication channel between the manufacturing areas and the functional areas of Quality, Planning, Materials, Maintenance and Engineering.
• Ensure that production plans are met with the highest established quality standards and in the correct time.
• Facilitate and ensure the creation of work teams for the continuous improvement of manufacturing KPIs.
• Maintain your area within the total parameters of 5S.
• Actively participate in the strategic boards of “Production Forecast”, SIOP and “Plant Manning”.
• Administration of production supervisors.
• Assure people engagement and control Key metrics as OEE, SCRAP,  and main events for customer.
• Facilitate problem-solving strategies.
• Motivate outstanding performance, operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Skills

Education Requirements

•    Education Industrial, Electric, Electronic Engineering or any related field.

Experience Requirements

•    Automotive and Electronic company experience preferable.
•    3-5 years of experience as Manufacturing Manager or related Manager areas (Maintenance, Process, Engineering or Quality).
