Job Description

NUEVA OPORTUNIDAD DE CARRERA| SUPERVISOR DE TOOL ROOM

ARTEAGA, COAHUILA

Como Supervisor de Tool Room serás responsable de optimizar cada uno de los recursos existentes en el área de tool rool, así como garantizar el buen funcionamiento de los herramentales y la seguridad y desempleo del personal a cargo.

Responsibilities

• Asegurar el buen seguimiento en la reparación de los herramentales
• Asegurar el buen funcionamiento del herramental en prensa
• Revisar diariamente los tiempos muertos por prensa en cada troquel para reducirlo
• Aseguramiento del cumplimiento de Mantenimientos preventivos (EAM) y mantenimientos correctivos eficientes.
• Desarrollar estrategias para mejorar la eficiencia del Taller
• Gestión y desarrollo de su equipo de trabajo.
• Seguimiento de plan de mejora de troqueles.
• Cumplir la política y procedimientos de salud, medio ambiente, seguridad y Asegurar el EPP y herramientas.

Education Requirements

• Carrera profesional terminada

Experience Requirements

• +4 años de experiencia dentro del área.
• Conocimiento en máquinas y herramientas
• Análisis y solución de problemas (troqueles)
• Conocimientos en GD&T
• Gestión de equipos de trabajo
• Disponibilidad para rolar los 3 turnos.
