Job Title: Maintenace Supervisor

Job Location: Bermúdez Plant (Juarez, MEX).

 

 

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Maintenance Supervisor, based in Bermúdez Plant (Juarez, MEX).

 

YOUR TASKS WILL BE

  • Supervise, coach, and evaluate maintenance personnel to ensure high performance and technical competence.
  • Monitor equipment performance and implement strategies to maximize uptime and reliability.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of failures.
  • Manage maintenance resources, including spare parts, tools, contractors, and budget control.
  • Lead and manage all maintenance activities, including preventive, corrective, and predictive programs in automotive industry
  • Ensure safe working conditions and promote a strong safety culture across the maintenance team.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in existing processes and propose automation-based solutions.
  • Support environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives within the department.
  • Provide technical escalation support for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and advanced automation issues.
  • Plan and prioritize work based on equipment criticality and production needs
  • Support equipment startups, changeovers, new installations, and validations.
  • Capable of managing complexity, frequent changeovers, and multiple equipment types while ensuring safety, reliability, and production continuity.

 

 

  • TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED
  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing environments in automotive industry.
  • Proficient in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; strong diagnostic skills for root cause analysis
  • Knowledge of PLCs, industrial controls, sensors, actuators, and automation equipment.
  • CNC Experience, setting up machines, diagnosing mechanical or electrical issues with CNC equipment.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals
