Job based in Bermudez Plant- Leather Division

Lear Corporation is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.

As a Maintenance and Engineering Manager, you will have to maintain the processes of production, equipment and building in optimal condition, through continuous improvement activities, following the company procedures, administrating the resources and budget assigned. Administrate capital projects as well.

YOUR TASK WILL BE

01) Ensure compliance with company Policies.                                                        

02) Ensure compliance with the plant's production programs in accordance with standard of pre-determined costs.                                                                                      

03) Ensure compliance with the predetermined quality levels in the month's forecast.     

04) Ensures optimal use of human resources in the production area through proper balancing of production lines.                           

05) He is responsible for the design of the most efficient and optimal work methods, use of equipment.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED

Industrial or electromechanical engineering finished.

3-5 years experience in similar position.

Desirable experience in leather cutting process and/or sewing.

Advanced conversational English.
