O que você vai fazer?

Como Analista Sr. de Folha de Pagamento, você será responsável por garantir a execução precisa e o cumprimento das obrigações trabalhistas e previdenciárias da companhia. Suas principais atividades incluem:

  • Cálculo, validação e fechamento da folha mensal, férias, rescisões, 13º salário e adiantamentos.

  • Apuração e recolhimento de encargos (INSS, FGTS, IRRF).

  • Gestão e envio de eventos periódicos e não periódicos do eSocial.

  • Processamento e conferência de obrigações acessórias (DCTFWeb, EFD-Reinf).

  • Conciliação contábil da folha e provisões.

  • Testes, validações e manutenção de regras no SAP Payroll.

  • Interface com áreas de RH, GBS, Controladoria, Contabilidade, Jurídico, Controles Internos e Finanças.

  • Experiência consolidada em rotinas trabalhistas e previdenciárias.

  • Conhecimento profundo em SAP Payroll (regras, validações, testes e interfaces).

  • Desejável inglês e/ou espanhol.

  • Atenção ao detalhe, senso de responsabilidade, organização e foco em prazos.

  • Capacidade de análise crítica, autonomia na resolução de problemas e foco em melhoria contínua.

Job Description

Payroll includes work focused on designing and/or ensuring compliance with some/all of the following payroll processes including:

  • Calculating gross and net pay amounts (e.g., salary, overtime, shift payments, sales commissions, bonuses, deferred compensation, benefits, tax withholdings, deductions, payroll liabilities, etc.)
  • Payroll-specific records maintenance (changes in wage/salary rates; pension, insurance, mandatory deductions; new hires, terminations, leave of absence, etc.)
  • Reconciliation of payroll records (e.g., payments, deductions, general ledger entries for wages)
  • Payroll data verification and administration
  • Monitor and manage payroll legislation compliance
  • Answering questions from employees and supervisors regarding payroll matters
  • May maintain records on vacation, sick leave, etc.

Responsibilities

A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.

Responsibilities typically include:

  • Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision
  • Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals
  • Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex
