Como Accounts Payable Analyst serás responsable de:

• Registrar y validar los registros contables e informes de control de manera precisa, oportuna y de cumplimiento en el área de cuentas por pagar, garantizado información correcta de los proveedores para mantener el flujo de bienes y servicios para las plantas de la División.

Para tener éxito en este puesto debes tener:

• Conocimiento de registros, reservas, provisiones, cargos Inter compañía, bancos.
• Elaboración de conciliaciones de cuentas y proveedores.
• Elaboración de reportes a otras áreas (GL impuestos).
• Servicio a las plantas de la División.
• Revisión y seguimiento de partidas en aging (Over 90’s).
• Requerimientos de auditoría.
• Excel intermedio.
• Inglés intermedio.
