We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work in our growing area as a Machinery & Equipment Analyst based in Juarez.

As Machinery & Equipment Analyst you will be responsible of:

  • Procesar documentos aduaneros cumpliendo con los requerimientos legales, asegurando, el seguimiento a nuestros clientes internos y externos.
  • Revisar documentos de importaciones de M&E, MRO y material no productivo.
  • Realizar muestreo de expedientes digitales de pedimentos de SAAE para cumplimiento.
  • Validar expedientes de pedimentos para pago a AA de claves especiales.
  • Realizar reporteo en Prisma para carga de folios de activos.
  • Conciliar activos fisicos contra sistema de Aduanas.
  • Apoyar en auto auditorías a los procedimientos del área (físicas y remotas).
  • Coordinar disposición de scrap de maquinaria y equipo.
  • Apoyar en el proceso de documentos de claves especiales (F5, V1, R1, F4, A3).

To Be Successful in This Role You Must Have

  • Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Comercio Exterior.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años.
  • Conocimiento de las operaciones temporales, definitivas.
  • Conocimiento básico del CFR US.
  • Conocimiento en regulaciones aduaneras (MX y US).
  • Conocimiento de anexo 22.
  • Conocimiento en MS Office.
  • Ingles intermedio-avanzado.
