We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as a Facilities and real state Sr. manager based in HQ, Juarez, Chih., Mex. you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment servicing our facilities in North and Central America.
The Facilities and real state Sr. manager servicing our facilities in Mexico and Honduras leads a team that develops and executes construction and remodeling projects, ensuring compliance with time frames, and safety and quality codes. Incumbent is also responsible of ensuring and optimizing functionality, operation and sustainability of buildings and infrastructure, guaranteeing compliance with the highest standards that support the business activities.
Main responsibilities include:
Leads the team on the development and execution of projects, fostering collaboration and positive and productive work environment to comply with established time frames, coordinates vendors, contractors and internal teams activities.
Maintains all projects related documentation and data bases up to date and keeps all interested parties about projects advancements, leases updates and building maintenance audits.
Manages building leases contract renewals, cancelations and changes, as well as finding new sites for additional business development.
To be successful in this role you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture.
- 5+ years in a managerial role.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of the organization.
- Real estate management and industrial plant construction projects experience
- Contract handling experience.
- Bilingual English – Spanish.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
