Your tasks will be

  • Administrar los sistemas de Kronos y LMS (correcciones, cargas masivas, actualizaciones, vacaciones, permisos, reportes).
  • Analizar, Validar y Procesar totales de códigos de pago y horas al equipo de Nómina en tiempo y forma.
  • Atender servicios y consultas de empleados mediante HRSC.
  • Mantener base de conocimiento y cumplir con SLA y estándares de servicio.
  • Apoyar en creación de horarios, reglas de trabajo y configuración del sistema
  • Cumplir con auditorías internas y externas.

To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have

  • Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas o afín.
  • 1 + año en Time & Attendance/ Nómina (preferentemente).
  • 1 – 2 años Atención al cliente y centros de servicio.  
  • Manejo de sistemas de RH.
  • Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, power point).
  • Ingles nivel básico.
  • Orientación en sistemas (deseable).
