Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Job Location: MTO Central Offices | Ciudad Juárez, Chih.

 

YOUR TASKS WILL BE

 

  • Standardize maintenance practices across all plants using the maintenance Pyramid framework & align it with the Operational Model.
  • Improve asset reliability and uptime through preventive and predictive strategies.
  • Optimize cost and resources efficiency via planning scheduling and inventory control.
  • Develop high-performing teams through training, role clarity, and engagement.
  • Leverage technology (e.g. CMMS/EAM, sensors, data) to drive performance and insights.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement with shared KPI’s, audits and recognition.
  • Create a high level of availability through consistent operational safety work with a financial balance to achieve the production goals.
  • ISO 55000, 55001maintenance standards and their terminology form the basis of our daily work.
  • Establish close cooperation between maintenance and operating staff.
  • Provide Coaching and Mentoring to Plant Maintenance Managers.
  • TOOLCRIB, Central Administration (Standardization Items Numbers between plants, Max, Min & ROP).
  • EAM, software CMM (Spare Parts Homologation and PM activities administration).
  • C) FACILITIES, Support Divisional Optimization and EHS programs As Energy management, Water preservation, Buildings improvements, Fire systems and Climatization.
  • D) MAINTENANCE, Support all Maintenance activities as KPI's, PM execution, Team members selection, Standard definitions and rules.
  • CC & SC, Evaluate and develop their groups to support the divisional operational priorities and strategic initiatives.

 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED

 

  • Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a maintenance management position.
  • Automotive Experience.
  • Decision Making, Strategic Maintenance Leadership, Reliability Engineering, Work Management Systems.
  • Data & Analytics Capability, Change Management & Deployment. Standardization & System Design, Training & Capability Development, Cross-Functional Collaboration.
  • CAPEX & Asset Strategy Knowledge, Operational Experience.
  • Willing to travel.
  • English Advanced.
