Job Title: Program Purchasing Analyst
Job Location: Santa Fe (Juarez, MEX).
We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Program Purchasing Analyst, based in Oficinas Santa Fé (Juarez, MEX).
YOUR TASKS WILL BE
- Ensure adherence on methodology, procedures, policies, regulations, best practices, and continuous improvement governing purchasing process.
- Prepare purchase orders or other agreements as necessary and check them for accuracy and completeness before issuing.
- Responsible for purchasing's pre and post launch activity focusing on program, supplier, and customer requirements.
- Manage CR/CN activity, adherience to program timelines and tool timing
Main purchasing representative in projects managing all relevant Purchasing KPIs, such as component target pricing, supplier sourcing, tooling kick offs, PPAP, etc. - Follow project plan to support all major milestones, PPAP and SOP timing set by project.
- Purchasing interface in serial phase to continue all projects to manage relevant serial Purchasing KPIs
- Supports global Commodity buyers on engineering data collection and negotiations.
- Represents and presents Purchasing’s metrics at project management reviews.
- Manages serial and tooling POs as requested by the business.
- Supports VA/VE workshops and negotiation events.
- Coordinates internal program teams to redact SOR contract requirements.
- Ensures data management to meet program requirements and timelines.
- TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED
- Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Engineering or related field
- Bilingual english/spanish is a must.
- ISM or APICS purchasing certification is a plus
- Negotiation skills, Knowledge in use of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in automotive manufacturing (desirable)
