Job Description
- As a Quality Engineer.you’ll be primarily responsible for customer support to address quality-related issues, coordinate the implementation of defect containment actions inside and outside the plant, and lead the multidisciplinary team through problem-solving methodologiesds.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact with customers for specific requirements.
- Coordinate the multidisciplinary team for quality problem resolution using different methodologies such as 8D, Ishikawa Diagrams, and DDW.
- Monitor the status of customer-reported concerns until closure is ensured.
- Continuously verify customer systems to ensure responses have been provided for all reported issues.
- Coordinate defect analysis and customer response meetings.
- Use the LQTS system database to analyze customer complaints and update information until each concern is closed.
- Generate quality performance reports based on customer metrics and scorecards.
- Understand and ensure compliance of processes and products according to customer specifications and applicable industry standards..
Skills
Education Requirements
Bachelors degree in Industrial engineering or any related field.
