Job Description

Main contact for Automotive OEMs for current programs

Manages and take full ownership of special tasks to support the Account management team for multiple wiring & electronic programs.                                                 

Ensure customer satisfaction while increasing profitability for Lear Corp.

Responsibilities

• Works independently with general supervision
• Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex
• May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices
• Constant contact with clients in the United States.
  Excellent communication skills

Skills

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, BA, or Equivalent). MS/MBA is a plus. 

Experience Requirements

1+ years of experience in wire harness automotive industry. 
Excellent communication skills

Certifications / Licenses

Languages

Bilingual English Level
