We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work in our growing area as a Técnico de Sistemas based in Juarez.
As Técnico de Sistemas you will be responsible of:
- Mantener la continuidad operativa de la plataforma tecnológica de los usuarios, contribuyendo a la eficiencia y productividad mediante soporte técnico oportuno, preventivo y correctivo, con enfoque en análisis y resolución de problemas.
- Analizar y resolver incidentes técnicos relacionados con hardware, software, conectividad y aplicaciones corporativas, dando seguimiento hasta su cierre.
- Instalar, configurar y dar mantenimiento a equipos de cómputo, impresoras, periféricos y software.
- Brindar soporte a Microsoft 365 a nivel usuario, incluyendo:
- Outlook, Teams, OneDrive y SharePoint
- Atención a problemas de correo, acceso, sincronización y colaboración
- Soporte funcional, sin administración de cuentas ni licencias
- Elaborar y mantener manuales, guías y documentación técnica de procedimientos y soluciones.
- Coordinar y dar seguimiento con proveedores de cableado estructurado y servicios de red, incluyendo comunicación directa, acompañamiento en trabajos en sitio y validación básica de servicios realizados.
- Instalar y validar equipos de cómputo, impresión y puntos de red (voz y datos), ya sea de manera directa o con apoyo de proveedores externos.
- Proporcionar soporte técnico personalizado a usuarios finales, con enfoque en atención y servicio.
- Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a equipos de cómputo y comunicaciones.
- Administrar inventarios de equipos de cómputo y comunicaciones, incluyendo recepción, registro, control y entrega de equipo.
- Conocimiento en redes inalámbricas y tecnologías de conectividad.
- Conocimientos básicos en seguridad de la información, incluyendo la protección contra malware y la implementación de medidas de seguridad.
- Participación en iniciativas de 5S y mejora continua dentro del área de IT
- Desglosar problemas complejos en componentes manejables para encontrar soluciones efectivas.
- Habilidad para identificar rápidamente la causa raíz de un problema técnico
To Be Successful in This Role You Must Have
- Carrera Profesional en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Digitales y Comunicaciones o Computación.
- Experiencia en redes, equipos de cómputo, comunicación y equipos de impresión.
- Conocimiento en cableado estructurado, redes de comunicación hardware y software.
- Conocimiento de normas y estándares de cableado.
- La capacidad de abordar problemas de manera lógica y metódica es esencial
- Inglés deseable.
