We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work in our growing area as a Customs Analyst based in Juarez.
Como Customs Analyst serás responsable de:
- Elaborar documentación aduanal para la Importación y de Exportación de mercancía, a través de los diferentes medios de transporte (marítimo, aéreo, terrestre): Documentación DODA, Inward, Templates, respuesta de aduana mexicana y americana, los que apliquen.
- Cierre de pedimentos consolidados, administración de archivo electrónico, revisión de data stage, operaciones especiales.
- Elaborar avisos de traslado.
- Dar soporte y atención en tramites aduanales a las plantas de LMCA: consultas, cambios en documentos, entre otros.
- Coordinar operaciones especiales OEMS para plantas de Lear.
- Coordinar procedimientos de despacho aduanero.
- Generar y analizar reportes del Sistema de Control de Inventarios Prisma.
- Ejecutar auditorías a los procesos internos de la operación aduanal y cumplimiento de certificaciones.
Para tener éxito en este puesto debes tener:
- Experiencia en área de operaciones aduanales, auditorias de procesos.
- Generalidades de los programas de beneficios.
- Conocimientos de regulaciones aduaneras (MX y US).
- Conocimientos de anexo 24.
- Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Comercio Exterior.
- Conocimiento en sistema aduanal PRISMA.
- Excel intermedio.
- Ingles Intermedio.
- 5 años de experiencia.
