We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Plant HR Generalist Together We Win, based in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, México (E-Systems Division).

HR Generalist Together We Win you will have lead the promote and maintain a positive work environment within the Organization.

 

Your Task will be

 

  • Implementation of the global initiative "Together We Win – Employee Experience" at Planta Nova and Americas.
  • Guarantee the quality of the services provided to all employees.
  • Preventive strategies for comprehensive health at work and timely detection of psychosocial risk factors.
  • Coordination of events and activities focused on the integration and well-being of employees.
  • Follow-up on TWW implementation committee meetings, as well as committees and champions linked to TWW activities (Ergonomics Committee, Events Committee, Focus Group, Service Audits, etc.).
  • Follow-up on staff development: Talent Reviews, Performance Evaluations, and Succession Plans.

 

Be successful in this role you will need:

  • Education: bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, human resources, business management or similar.
  • At least 3 years of working experience as HR TWW or similar role.
  • Knowledge: Lear’s corporate program (TWW, LLM, etc.).
  • Effective management of work teams
  • MS Office advance.
  • Capacity of analysis, communication, and organizational skills.
  • You should have great analytical skills, to be creative/ innovative, to have initiative, to be persistent and open to criticism and others' ideas. #LI-DNI
