Job Title: Quality Coordinator  
Great opportunity to Coordinate a Quality team.

Lear Corporation- Chihuahua, CHH, Mexico – Nova Plant (Presential)

 

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Quality Coordinator, based in Chihuahua, Chihuahua.

As Quality Coordinator you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Quality Manager and Implement world-class quality systems at the automotive level.

 

Your Task will be:
•    Support and develop customer quality requirements control, policies, procedures, and plans.

•    Collaborate in the execution of internal audits.
•    Prepare specific and internal quality reports for the customer.
•    Develop Control Plans, updates, and audits to ensure compliance.

•    Provide training and act as a communication source for new quality issues.
•    Lead plant meetings to discuss quality issues.
•    Perform trial‑and‑error analysis and make product quality decisions based on customer expectations.

•    Develop and implement the quality system for use in the production plant.
•    Maintain customer response systems up to date and ensure updates are completed.
•    Understand and ensure compliance of the process and the product according to customer specifications and applicable industry standards.

•    Maintain the IATF 16949 quality system.
•    Authority to stop the production line or shipments in case of risk of non‑conforming material being sent to the customer. 

 

To be successful in this role you will need: 

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or any related field.
•    3+ years of experience as a Quality Leader or Coordinator in the automotive wire-harness industry.
•    IATF 16949 advanced knowledge.

•    Knowledge advanced in Core tools.
•    English proficient.
