O que você vai fazer?
- Para Novas Cotações:
Garantir que os requisitos do cliente e internos Lear estão disponíveis para todos;
Dar suporte à planta, durante as Auditorias de novos clientes/projetos. - Para os novos projetos:
Garantir que todas as atividades de APQP são cumpridas de acordo aos procedimentos e em conformidade com os requisitos acordados com o cliente.
Cumprir as atividades de sua responsabilidade, dar suporte e acompanhar as restantes atividades da Qualidade de APQP; - Gerenciar a entrega dos PPAP, suas atividades e respectivos desvios com os clientes;
- Treinar os representantes das plantas nos requisitos dos clientes;
Ser representante da Qualidade nas reuniões de projeto;
Fazer o alinhamento da informação de Qualidade entre todos os membros do projeto

- Curso Superior em Administração, Qualidade, Engenharia ou áreas afins;
- Experiência com APQP, gestão de projetos , PPAP;
- Inglês Intermediário

Job Description
Manufacturing Quality Improvement work includes:
- Creating and implementing quality management programs focused on continuous improvement of manufacturing-related business systems from the customers' point of view
- Identifying and monitoring customer and employee feedback loops regarding the effectiveness of manufacturing-related business systems and processes
- Encouraging broad-based employee engagement to gather information and implement changes at every level in the organization
Responsibilities
A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
Responsibilities typically include:
- Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision
- Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals
- Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex
