Job based in Cd Juarez Fuentes Plant Trim Division
Lear Corporation is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.
As a Continuous Improvement Supervisor, you will be responsible for development and implementation of a culture of continuous improvement through the application of lean manufacturing, six sigma and red X.
YOUR TASK WILL BE
1.- leadership and implementation of the culture of continuous improvement.
2.- involvement in the process of continuous improvement in quality aspects, poka yoke devices, cost reduction and training in general.
3.- promote changes to current and future processes based on the concepts of lean six sigma.
4.- participate as a creative member in the culture of change.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED
Industrial engineering completed or related
1-3 years of previous experience in a similar position
Six sigma green belt certification
