Job Description

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Quality Manager, based in Torres Plant, Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico (E-Systems Division). 

As a Quality Control Manager will have the opportunity to coordinate compliance with quality systems based on the quality standard by verifying the systems and executing follow-up audits. Reporting directly to the Regional Quality Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with plant quality systems.
• Plan and coordinate the development of performance improvement strategies, systematic and preventive actions.
• Check that the design of quality systems complies with the IATF16949 quality standard, customer requirements, Lear, and SOX procedures. 
• Prepare documentation of quality records.
• Document findings and close actions.
• Quality control activity management.
• Customer presentations for quality issues.
• Prepares and analyzes internal quality reports for management staff review.
• Management of engineering changes and customer complaints.
• Tracking new releases. #LI-AG1

Skills

Education Requirements

Industrial, Mechanic, Electric and Mechatronics Engineer.

Experience Requirements

More than 3 years as Quality Manager or related within the automotive.

Certifications / Licenses

Languages

• English proficient.
