Job Title: Tool Crib Divisional Coordinator

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Tool Crib Divisional Coordinator, based in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua. (E-Systems Division). 

As Tool Crib Divisional Coordinator will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Divisional Manager Engineering.

  

Your tasks will be:

  • Achieve a minimum of 85% in SOX, FOA and Compliance audits by 2023.
  • Maintain 100% of the supervisor training plan for Tool Crib KPIs and management activities in 2023.
  • Maintain EAM inventories in equipment, Capex, spare parts.
  • Reliability of Cycle Accounts greater than 95% in 2024 in each plant of the division.
  • Get 95% of inventory in critical parts every month in 2024
  • Achieve 90% Compliance Project Implementation.
  • Improve database health, eliminating obsolete part numbers and reducing obsolete codes to 10% or less.
  • Automation improvement projects to eliminate manual processes across all divisions and document best practices by Q4 2024.

To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineering, Business Management or any related field.
  • 1+ Years on similar positions within the automotive harness industry.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • EAM or MRO systems Knowledge  
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Leadership.
  • English Advanced Bilingual. (80% minimum)
