HR Specialist - Técnico /a de Recursos Humanos

Position Overview

The HR Technician  ensure the plant personeel administration and Payroll process is managed properly. Activly support all HR activities contributing to the departmen and plant goals, doing it according to the law and regulations of Spain and according to the Lear values. Will be reporting to the HR Manager and working with several international network interfaces.

Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to)

• Continuous improvement in HR department working in payroll, TA and SAP succesfactors and Peoplesoft
• Manage payroll and personeel administration.
• Ensure partitipation in talking points
• Roll-Out culture information and initiatives.
• Being a Leader in SAP implementation
• Support all the continuous improvement initiatives
• Improve and consolidate union labour relations in the plant

To be a success in this role you must have:

• Bachelor in a related field, Master in HR would be a plus.
• Experience 2-3 years as a HR generalist role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Capacity to work in a high productive and constantly changing manufacturing environment. (Experience working in a Tier1 automotive would be a plus)
• Experience working with SAP succesfactors would be a plus
