Launch Project Manager will lead complex engineering programs and projects from concept through delivery. This role ensures that all technical, environmental, and operational aspects are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with standards and customer requirements. It combines project leadership, cross-functional coordination, and environmental responsibility to drive innovation, quality, and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
• Direct and coordinate engineering projects, managing scope, timelines, risks, and budgets.
• Assign and supervise staff across design, testing, and technical activities.
• Develop, maintain, and oversee project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, customer requirements, and safety regulations.
• Approve and control design changes, specifications, and drawings.
• Coordinate problem-solving, technical development, and product integration.
• Track team performance and provide regular status updates.
• Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Manage environmental responsibilities: monitoring, waste management, data analysis, cleanup, and reporting.
• Lead sustainability initiatives and respond to environmental emergencies.
Requirements:
• Education: BSME (Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in engineering and project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of environmental compliance, sustainability, and safety standards.
• Ability to control budgets, schedules, and project deliverables.
