Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead all production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
- Develop and implement production plans that meet customer requirements for quality, cost, and delivery.
- Manage and optimize human, material, and equipment resources to maximize plant performance.
- Ensure compliance with established production standards and continuously improve manufacturing processes.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity, quality, and operational stability.
- Collaborate with Engineering to support new product launches and ensure production readiness.
- Partner with Quality teams to implement and sustain continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Promote employee development, workplace safety, environmental compliance, and healthy working conditions
Experience Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar production leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the automotive industry, preferably within a Just-in-Time (JIT) production environment.
- Familiarity with production planning systems, including SAP/MRP, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, continuous improvement, quality, and health and safety knowledge
