Job Title: Inventory Analysis Coordinator

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Inventory Analysis Coordinator, based in Torreon, Coahuila. (E-Systems Division). 

Objective: Achieve inventory reliability through the analysis of historical data and the validation of movements recorded in QAD using control tools (operational audits, application methods, balancing, and reconciliation of accumulated data).

Your tasks will be:

  • Audit the receipt of products into the warehouse, verifying product counts and reconciling documentation for all incoming merchandise assigned to the corresponding account.
  • Audit the recording of products in QAD systems through application validations across all operations.
  • Follow up on inventory movements reported by warehouse and procurement personnel.
  • Comply with the month-end close plan in a timely and proper manner.
  • Comply with the department’s ABC cycle counting plan.
  • Ensure that the work team fully complies (100%) with their assigned duties.
  • Coordinate the semiannual physical inventory in collaboration with the Materials Manager and the Finance department.
  • Deliver area KPIs accurately and on time.

To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree / Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, related field).
  • 2+ Years on similar positions within the automotive industry. (Wire Harness is a plus)
  • Intermediate English Level.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • ERP knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving skill
