Job Description

Achieve inventory accuracy and reliability through the analysis of historical data and the validation of movements recorded in QAD, using control tools such as operational audits, application methods, balance reviews, and reconciliation of accrua

Responsibilities

 

A Team Leader (M2) supervises professional level employees (typically entry or experienced level) and may also supervise some para-professional employees.

Responsibilities typically include:

  • Audit product receipts into the warehouse, verifying physical counts and reconciling all supporting documentation for all inbound merchandise, within the assigned account.
  • Audit product transactions recorded in the QAD system by validating proper application in all operations.
  • Follow up on inventory movements reported by warehouse and procurement personnel.
  • Comply with the month-end close schedule, ensuring completion in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Comply with the department’s ABC cycle counting plan.Ensure that the work team fully performs its functions at 100%.
  • Coordinate the semiannual physical inventory in collaboration with the Materials Manager and Finance.Deliver area KPIs accurately and on time.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering
