We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Process Engineer based in Torreon, Coahuila, México (E-Systems Division). 

A Lead Methods Engineer coordinate the activities described in the Engineering Manual for the Launch of New Programs or Engineering Changes, ensuring adherence to the company's systems and procedures.

 Your Task will be:

  • Coordinate meetings to carry out engineering changes
  • Determine the Resources for the Pre-Planning process
  • Provide training to Method Engineers and Operators
  • Supervises the programs that are in the Pre-Planning process
  • Coordination/Monitoring of Pilot/Prototype runs with the multifunctional team.
  • Ensure the monitoring of the established systems and procedures, as well as maintaining the necessary documentation to support the complete process of pre-planning and engineering changes.
  • Develop the training calendar for Engineers and Method Operators, as well as participate in the training.
  • Prepare and keep updated Key Documentation, such as the Footprint, layout, etc.
  • Coordinate and provide support to Manufacturing Department in all current Production Lines, and great communication with all multifunctional Team.

 

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Education: Engineering Degree.
  • AutoCAD (Not essential).
  • You should have great analytical skills, to be creative/ innovative, to have initiative and communication skills.
