Job Title: Process Engineer (Lead Prep)

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Process Engineer (Lead Prep), based in Torreon, Coahuila.
As Process Engineer (Lead Prep) you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to the Lead Prep Engineering Coordinator and ensure capability, coordinate changes.
Your Task will be:
- Analyzes and presents the technical information required for engineering changes proposed by the customer, manufacturing, or engineering.
- Reviews engineering change proposals and, based on these, prepares design change notifications for the team.
- Leads the control of engineering changes and design reviews.
- Oversees the development of capability studies to ensure proper area performance. Development of machine circuit assignments and updates the UCS system.
- Administers the requisition of tooling and equipment in accordance with established standards.
- Leads the design of ergonomic and safe workstations.
- Ensures compliance with established standards and guidelines.
- Responsible for cutting and processing of samples and service parts.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or any related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Lead Prep Engineering in the automotive wire-harness industry.
- English intermediate.
