We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Lead Prep Quality Supervisor based in Torreon, Coah. (E-Systems Division).

As Lead Prep Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the product quality, improving and adapting inspection systems according to customer requirements.

Your Tasks will be:

• Release of lead prep areas, cutting equipment, and intermediate processes.

• Prepare specific external and internal quality reports for Customers.

• Develop control plans, updates, and audits to ensure quality compliance.

• Follow up on defects reported by assembly areas.

• Ensure compliance with quality systems using core tools and SPC.

• Conduct trial-and-error analysis and make product quality decisions based on customer expectations.

• Monitor IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 activities, including internal and external audits.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Education: Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or similar.
• Experience in automotive harnesses & Lead Prep processes required.

• GM portals knowledge.

• 3+ years of experience in the field.

• Proficient English level required.
