We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Manufacturing Coordinator, based in Torreon, Coahuila (E-Systems Division). 

As Manufacturing Coordinator, you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Manufacturing Manager.

 

Your Task will be

  • Maintain fluid interdepartmental communication to report on the development of production, products and quantities manufactured, and propose improvements that take place; thus, improving product quality, production times and reducing costs.
  • Develop staff to fill new positions according to company demand.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards in the manufacturing process and guarantee a clean and safe work environment.
  • Optimize the use and utilization of human, material, and financial resources in accordance with the company's policies, standards, and technology.
  • Schedule the activities of your department according to the production plan provided by production control, to optimize deliveries of finished products on time.
  • Plan the work schedule that will be done after reviewing the Client's requirements (MPS), available raw materials and start-up of new products.
  • Ensure the periodic application of the performance evaluation of your staff in charge.

 

To be Successful in this rule you will need:

  • Bachelor's/Engineering degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience preferably in the automotive industry (required)
  • English proficient
  • Analysis skills, communication, organizational skills, strictness in achieving goals/deadlines, decision abilities, problem solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs. #LI-DNI
