Job Title: Manufacturing Coordinator
Opportunity for growth and learning of other departments 
Lear Corporation- Torreon Plant 2, Coahuila, Mexico (Presential)

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Manufacturing Coordinator, based in Torreon 2 Plant, Coahuila, México (E-Systems Division). 
As Manufacturing Coordinator will have an excellent opportunity to be a better leader to achive all the company goals.

Your Task will be:
•    Plan the work schedule based on customer requirements, available raw materials, and the launch of new products.
•    Ensure the periodic implementation of performance evaluations for personnel under their supervision.
•    Maintain smooth interdepartmental communication to report on production progress, products, and quantities manufactured, and to propose improvements aimed at enhancing product quality, reducing production time, and lowering costs.
•    Develop personnel to fill new positions according to company demand.
•    Ensure compliance with safety standards in the manufacturing process and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
•    Optimize the use of human, material, and financial resources in accordance with company policies, standards, and technology.
•    In collaboration with the Human Resources and Quality Assurance departments, ensure that initial and ongoing training is provided appropriately to Production staff.
•    Reduce and control waste generated in the company's production processes.
•    Schedule departmental activities according to the production plan provided by production control, in order to optimize on-time delivery of finished products.
•    Submit reports to Unit Management on production times, hours worked, leaves, and absences, to accurately measure labor performance.

To be successful in this role you will need: 
•    Education Industrial, Electric, Electronic Engineering.
•    Automotive and harness company experience.
•    2-5 years of experience as Manufacturing, or Engineering Leader (Lead Prep, cutting process).
•    English Basic level.
•    Problem solving skills.
