Job Description
As Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the efficient flow of materials, raw materials, and components needed to meet production schedules.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate material procurement based on the production plan and customer demand.
- Follow - up for purchase orders and delivery dates with local and international suppliers.
- Analyze inventory levels, turnover, and excess or obsolete materials.
- Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Analyze material requirements using MRP/ERP systems.
- Coordinate material receiving, storage, and supply to production.
- Manage preventive and corrective actions to address potential stockout risks.
Skills
Education Requirements
Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Requirements
At least 3 years of professional experience in the field.
Languages
Proficient English Level.
