Job Title: Quality Engineer. 
Exhibition with customers in the automotive industry.
Lear Corporation- Torreon Plant, Coahuila, Mexico (Presential)

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Quality Engineer, based in Torreon Plant, Torreon, Coahuila, Mexico (E-Systems Division). 
As Quality engineer you will have an excellent opportunity to ensure customer response for notifications of quality issues or any required support reporting directly to a Quality Coordinator.

 

Your Task will be:

•    Respond to customers regarding reported quality complaints.
•    Serve as the main point of contact with customers for specific requirements.
•    Coordinate the multidisciplinary team to resolve quality issues using various methodologies such as 8Ds, Ishikawa Diagrams, and DDW.

•    Monitor the status of concerns reported by customers until their closure is ensured.
•    Constantly check customer systems to ensure all reported issues have been addressed.
•    Coordinate defect analysis meetings and customer response meetings.

•    Use the LQTS system database to analyze customer complaints and update information until each concern is closed.
•    Generate quality performance reports based on customer metrics and scorecards.
•    Ensure the implementation of effective corrective measures to prevent recurring defects.

 

To be successful in this role you will need:
•    Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

•    At least 1 year of experience preferably in quality, manufacturing, or engineering processes (not essential).
•    Experience in the automotive industry (required).
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office.

•    Proficient in English.
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational and decision-making skills.
