We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Quality Manager based in Torreon II, (E-Systems Division).

As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure continuous improvement of plant and supplier quality systems to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your Tasks will be:

• Provide leadership in the development and monitoring of quality parameters as part of the plant's operating system.

• Ensure prompt and effective containment and resolution of customer complaints.

• Maintain communication with customer representatives for problem resolution.

• Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of the AMEF and control plan.

• Participate in process design and launch reviews in conjunction with the customer.

• Maintain the IATF16949 quality system.

• Ensure compliance with the requirements of the PPAP and the entire quality system.

• Measure the results of RPPMs, IPPMs, and DPPMs.

• Follow up on supplier issues, QNs, RMAs, and chargebacks.

• Respect and enforce the quality policy.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Education: Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Knowledge in IATF 16949, Core Tools, ISO 14001, Control Plan, AMEF, PPAP and Quality KPI’s
• At least 3 years of experience in the field.
• Experience in automotive industry is required.
• Proficient English level.
