Job Description
Customer support primarily focused on quality issues directly at the customer’s site; coordinates the implementation of defect containment inside and outside the plant, as well as sorting in the applicable warehouse in accordance with the supply chain.
Responsibilities
An Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
Responsibilities typically include:
- Works independently with general supervision
- Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex
