Position Overview:
Job Description
- Plan and coordinate production schedules with relevant departmentsOrganize and oversee production activities across units
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and technical specifications
- Monitor performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
- Lead, coach, and manage production teams and front-line managers
- Ensure production targets, delivery deadlines, and KPIs are met
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and processes
- Maintain dashboards and track operational performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges
- Ensure adherence to QRQC, LPA audits, and 5S standards
- Manage WIP inventory effectively
- Support and maintain IATF, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications
Education Requirements
- University Degree
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the automotive industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in team management, including onboarding, training, and performance management.
