Job Description
You ensure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) across the organization, supporting compliance with automotive and environmental standards. You play a key role in driving audit readiness, continuous improvement, and alignment with customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the QMS in line with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards
Interpret and apply customer-specific requirements (CSR) within processes and documentation
Plan and conduct internal audits and support external audits to ensure compliance
Lead audit follow-ups and monitor corrective actions to verify effectiveness
Develop and maintain quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions with version control
Coordinate management review meetings and track QMS performance indicators
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on audit results and performance data
Provide training and guidance to teams on QMS standards, procedures, and updates
Experience Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in a QMS Coordinator or similar quality role
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards
Experience in internal auditing and corrective action management
Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
