Key Responsibilities:
You will be the member of the E-systems Division Finance Team, leading the operations controlling activities of our wire harnesses plant in Mielec, Poland.
Job description and Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Forecasts and Budgets in collaboration with local management team.
- Monthly close procedures and reporting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
- Management of internal controls over all processes to maintain financial integrity and compliance with the SOX Laws (Sarbanes-Oxley);
- Act as the key finance support to plant management and business group finance organization by delivering of timely and meaningful financial support, reports and analysis which can be used for operational and tactical decision-making.
- Analyzing costs and economic management of monthly production.
- Planning “product-costs” and controlling price calculations.
- Deliver continual improvements in financial processes.
Requirements:
- University degree and at least 4 years of related experience in controlling or reporting position, ideally in manufacturing environment.
- Very good Excel skills.
- QAD knowledge will be the strong plus. HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) application will be further advantage.
- Strong communication skills in Polish and English.
- Knowledge of USGAAP will be an asset.
- Proficient analytical skills, ability to synthesize the data.
- Reliability in meeting the committed timetable.
