This position can be based in Pilsen or Brno (Czech Republic), Voderady (Slovakia), Pruszków (Poland) or Skopje (North Macedonia).

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end machine learning and deep learning solutions, covering:
    • Concept creation and solution design
    • Data collection, labeling, and preprocessing
    • Training and validation of machine learning (ML)
    • Deployment of models into production environments
    • Performance tracking, monitoring, and iterative fine-tuning
  • Collaborate closely with software engineers to integrate AI models into complex technical pipelines.
  • Exchange knowledge and best practices with other AI engineers to assess and improve solution quality.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Physics. PhD is a plus that will be considered.
  • Technical requirements:
    • Required programming languages: Python (advanced), SQL.
    • Optional programming languages: C#, C++, HTML, JavaScript.
    • Main python libraries: PyTorch, scikit-learn, OpenCV, Open3D, transformers.
    • Version control systems: GitHub.
    • IDEs: Jupyter Notebook, Visual Studio Code, PyCharm, Visual studio.
    • Strong mathematical skills to understand the underlying concepts of different ML and DL algorithms.
    • Practical expertise in the various phases of the MLOps lifecycle.

 

  • Non-technical requirements:
    • Fluent English.
    • Strong information synthesis and communication abilities.
    • Aptitude to collaborate in multidisciplinary, high-performance work groups.
    • Ability to support and mentor junior AI profiles in their professional development and growth.
    • Availability to travel (approximately once per quarter)
