Following its establishment in 2012, Plzeň has grown into our fastest-growing Engineering Development Center in Europe. The center focuses on the design and development of Lear products, including complex seating mechanisms and structures, foams, coatings, plastics, and trim components. The vision for Plzen is not to work as an internal supplier for our European business units but to develop into a leading Design and Development Center working on projects for all major European OEM customer groups from concept phase through to delivery.

As a Sales Analyst, you will support the sales organization by ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date pricing data, maintaining internal price lists, coordinating with OEM systems, and providing analytical and presentation support to the sales and finance team

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain price lists, ensuring all prices are accurate and up to date in internal systems and JIT plans.
  • Download prices from OEM platforms and transfer them into Lear price lists, tracking any changes and communicating them to sales and finance.
  • Support the sales team with pricing data, cost breakdowns and preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Cooperate closely with sales, finance and other functions to secure high data quality across all relevant systems and tools.

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial education (Apprenticeship or University Degree).
  • Good working level of English and German (spoken and written).
  • Strong Excel skills and confident user of MS Office.
  • Team player with reliability, positive attitude, strong communication, initiative and professionalism.
  • Experience in a commercial, sales support or pricing role, ideally in an international or automotive environment, is a strong plus.
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of or interest in SPMS, XPPS, the VW B2B platform and similar tools.
