Responsibilities:
Manage the supplier components qualification for new projects
Manage supplier quality activities from prototype to serial phase in given projects
Perform technical analysis and root cause analyses
Coordinate daily activities with other SQA engineers and project cross functional team
Support supplier’s industrialization and validation processes
Perform preventive audits
Ensure the quality goals of suppliers are met to improve customer satisfaction and reduce quality costs
Monitor and report the supplier's quality performance through the appropriate indicators
Support and validate problem resolution actions in serial production and also in new launches
To be successful in this Role you must have:
University degree, technical background is an advantage
Minimum of 3 years’ experience performing supplier quality role in the automotive industry
Advanced level of English. German or French is advantage
Preferred experience with plastic or injection moldings commodities
Core quality tools knowledge as 8D, APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA and PPAP methodology, knowledge of VDA standards
Willingness to travel (approximately around 25-50%)
Knowledge in problem solving methodologies
Negotiation and communication skills
Very good organization, interpersonal skills
