NEW CAREER OPPORTUNITY| MAINTENANCE AND ENGINEERING MANAGER

RAMOS PLANT

 

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Maintenance and Engineering Management based in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila 

As Maintenance and Engineering Management you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment.

 

Your Task will be 

 

  • Responsible for managing and keeping the plant equipment running through the administration of the department's resources and programs to achieve the objectives as well as regulatory requirements (IATF16949, ISO 14001, Clean Industry, CTPAT/OEA standards).
  • Responsible for supervising, planning, and directing projects, leading engineering team and ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with KPI's
  • Control of MTTR and MTBF indicators
  • Define MOST studies in production processes.
  • Ensure and audit critical operation processes in JIT and Foam.
  • Monitoring and control of both departments
  • Administration, planning, and control of budgets
  • Management of administrative and operational personnel

 

To be Successful in this role you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree on Industrial Engineering or any related field.
  • 3 Years on similar positions within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge in PLC Programming, electrical systems, pneumatics, predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, training in troubleshooting, basic knowledge in robotics.
  • Expert in TPM, LOTO, Management of operational indicators (KPI), Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (Six Sigma)
  • Strong leadership and focus on achieving objectives.
  • Fluent English level.
