 We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Regional Quality Manager. 

As a Regional Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of quality systems and its compliance. Exercises broad judgment and decision-making authority on quality related matters. Drive quality metrics improvements and ultimate customer satisfaction.

Responsible to manage plant Quality teams with solid line responsibility and other quality regional functions under dotted line responsibility, including Quality systems, APQP, Supplier Quality.

Your tasks will be:

• Product quality planning timing (prototype, pilot, launch, ECN)
• Product / process design, development, and validation
• Quality system procedures design, implementation, and auditing
• Receiving inspection process: sample size determination, acceptance criteria
• Problem resolution
• Make people to work together cooperatively to accomplish targets
• Manage resources to maximize performance
• Make decisions based on data and/or technical analysis
• Understand customer needs meeting and exceeding their expectations

To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have

• BS/BA. Engineering degree – Electrical / Electronic degree is desired. MS/MBA is advantage.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• +10 Years of experience on both quality and manufacturing processes in multinational environment.
• Level of technical knowledge and exercising all Quality Functions: Customer Care; Quality Control; Advanced Quality; Quality Systems; Six Sigma
• Certified as IATF 16949 auditor is highly desired
• Certified as VDA6.3 auditor is highly desired
