GENERAL ACCOUNTANT (FIXED ASSETS)

REYNOSA PLANT

 

Ensure fixed Assets controls & CAPEX acquisitions validations, PAR remaining open balance tracker.

To ensure all journal entries and monthly account reconciliations are made timely and accurate.

 

Your tasks will be:

  • Responsible for US/MX fixed assets accounting (CAPEX acquisitions, Capitalizations, equipment tagging, depn).
  • Maintain fixed assets tagged and ensure physical inventories according to Finance manual.
  • Spare Parts / Expense tracker
  • Responsible of FA physical Inventory (once a year)
  • PSR (Capital expense tracking)
  • PAR (CAPEX setup in system)
  • Monthly depreciation calculation
  • Budget Depreciation calculation
  • FA rollforward
  • FA MX/ US reconciliations

 

 

To be successfull in this role you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in general accounting/Finance
  • Requires +3 years of Finance Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skill in computer software Office. Excellent skills in excel
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient with data analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • English advanced
